Is AskMaayaa free?

The Name Checker is free and needs no account. A Full Reading is a ₹399 one-time purchase — your first one is ₹149. Essential is ₹299 a month and Plus is ₹599 a month; both can be cancelled any time from My Plan.

Do I need an account to buy a Full Reading?

No. A Full Reading works as a guest — your name and email at checkout is enough. The reading opens straight away and stays on that device for 24 hours, and the receipt email carries a link that moves it into an account permanently.

Do I need to know my exact birth time?

It helps a great deal but it is not required. Without a birth time the ascendant and the houses cannot be placed, so the reading says so rather than guessing — it will not present an invented ascendant as if it were yours.

Why does the birthplace matter so much?

A chart is cast for one point on the Earth, not for a country. The ascendant moves about one degree every four minutes, so a place a few hundred kilometres out shifts it noticeably. AskMaayaa resolves birthplaces against an index of roughly a million Indian villages, towns and cities, and records whether it used the place itself or its district centre.

Which system does AskMaayaa use — Vedic astrology or numerology?

Both, read together. No single system is quoted at you. The reading looks at what is actually in your chart and in your numbers, and explains the reasons in plain words rather than citing rules.

Can I use AskMaayaa from outside India?

Yes. Indian places and the Gulf — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain — are all supported for birthplaces, with the right time zone applied automatically.

How do I cancel a plan?

From My Plan, any time. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for. That month is not refunded.

Can I get a refund?

A Full Reading is generated and delivered immediately, so it is not refundable once delivered. If money was taken and nothing was delivered — a failed or duplicated payment, or a fault on our side — it is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Does AskMaayaa predict the future?

No. A reading describes what the chart and the current cycles suggest, and where the support and the caution sit. The decisions stay yours — the readings are there to help you think clearly, not to hand you a verdict.
